The authors are working on addressing final comments from the committee and others in the paper draft and analysis note today. <div class="">It would be helpful to send around the final draft of the paper and complete supporting documentation prior to such a meeting so people can read and prepare to comment on the suitability for submission.</div>

<div class="">Ideally people should have more than one day to review the final draft and prepare for the presentation and vote. It would be best if any significant issues were raised at the presentation/discussion prior to the final review by the collaboration.</div>
