Just to clarify for others, there is an "affiliation" box under author, and a separate box for "Team/Collaboration Information". Is the suggestion to put some variant of "for the GlueX collaboration" in the "affiliation" box, and separately and "GlueX Collaboration"
under "team/collaboration"?</div>
