I am pleased to inform you that Edy Nissen will be taking over from Todd Satogata as the Hall D Accelerator-Physics Experiment Liaison (APEL). She will be responsible for the beam transport lattice for Hall D, and investigating and improving any beam transport
and beam quality issues. She joins the esteemed APEL team of Yves Roblin, Michael Tiefenback and Jay Benesch. I thank her for taking on this important role in CEBAF operations.</div>
