The ECAL offsets were corrected after this monitoring launch and some spot checks show good alignment after that. So the next monitoring launch should show better results. I am working on the ECAL library to see if I can find issues with the shower timing. Based on the recent change to HDGeant4 I already need to add a light propagation correction to the reconstruction.</div>

The ECAL timing is way off for all runs. It is around 6.6ns<br>
this is so far off that it barely fits into the monitoring histogram.<br>
I looked at two separate histograms and both yield the same result<br>
of a big offset:<br>
"HLDetectorTiming/Physics Triggers/TRACKING/ECAL - RF Time<br>
and:<br>
Independent/Hist_Neutrals/ECALNeutralShowerDeltaTVsE<br>
<br>
At this point I have no idea why the ECAL is so off.<br>
