[Halld-pid-upgrade] Meeting time

Dear Colleagues -

    it appears that Friday is likely the best time for a meeting. I think that there is an 11:00am
seminar at JLAb, but I would suggest we aim for 1:30pm. We now need to make sure that 
F326 is available.
