[Halld-pid-upgrade] Cherenkov Study Data and Plugins

I checked the analysis plugins I used for performing the Cherenkov studies
into the svn repository.  They can be found at:

trunk/home/pmatt/plugins/kpid_*

Also, I'm in the middle of copying the REST files that I used for the
analysis to the JLab disks.  The 90 million bggen events (between 8.5 and
9.0 GeV) have finished copying and are located at:

/work/halld/pmatt/data_bggen_v2/

The signal data for the reactions are still being copied (they should be
done in about an hour), and are located at:

/work/halld/pmatt/
