[Halld-pid-upgrade] NO PID Upgrade Meeting Tomorrow

Dear All,

after submitting the FDIRC proposal a few days ago, I don't think there is new material to discuss for the meeting. No update will be made for the Cluster Counting neither, so that tomorrow's meeting can be canceled. Next meeting will therefore be beginning of January.
