[Halld-pid-upgrade] Meeting Friday

FYI, we are expecting 2 feet of snow (and very high winds) on Friday-Saturday in Boston.  MIT is officially closed tomorrow … but Justin and I are currently planning on being at MIT anyway.   I live 10mins walk from MIT so I don't have to worry about commuting but Justin will need public transport which has already been announced to close at 3:30 tomorrow (so if that changes he may need to leave before the meeting).  

So, just a heads up that there's a chance that we will not make the meeting if the weather causes serious transport or power-disruption problems.
