[Halld-pid-upgrade] Report on SLAC Visit

Hi,

I've written a report on our visit to SLAC and posted to portal here:

The report is entirely from my notes and memory -- I hope it is accurate and complete.  If other members of the visit team want to add comments or corrections, I can incorporate them.  (I posted quickly because, I thought some of you may appreciate a written report in advance of the collaboration meeting.)  

At this time, I would prefer this remain an internal report.  It is mainly so that we have a written record of our visit.
