[Halld-pid-upgrade] FDIRC Working Meetings

Yi,

Yes, I was hoping to have a meeting tomorrow afternoon (but realized that we didn't establish who would organize these off-week meetings.)

Can the MIT guys meet tomorrow?  If so, let's plan to meet on ESNET at 1:30 with the usual connection.  I don't think we need Wiki pages, etc., let's just review where we stand with the FDIRC work at JLab, MIT, and IU.  John and I will tune in from IU.
