[Halld-pid-upgrade] New PID upgrade meeting time

Hi DIRC folks,

It sounds like at the last meeting it was decided to have weekly meetings up until the review in October.  There has also been a request to move the meetings earlier in the day so that Joe et al. from GSI can join more easily.  From talking with a few people it looks like Friday mornings may work for the summer.

So I would propose we move the meetings to 11 am on Friday mornings, starting this Friday 6/5.  Please let me know if this time doesn't work for you and we can adjust.
