[Halld-pid-upgrade] Fwd: Confirming the Horizontal Orientation

Please see the message below from John asking for confirmation that we've decided to use the horizontal bar orientation for the prototype box design.  If someone sees a problem with this please send a note to the list.

Hello all, 
     Bates is at a stage where they need to finalize whether we are using a horizontal or vertical orientation for the bars (the engineering of the seals is different enough that it shouldn't be done in parallel).  Mike and I are of the opinion that we should  finalize the prototype as being horizontal, is there any reason I should tell them otherwise?
