[Halld-pid-upgrade] Pictures of Nickel Plated MIrrors

Hello everyone,

     Just wanted to show off where the mirrors were before they were sent
for lapping.  As you can see, most of the surface problems are gone.  There
was still a little distortion if you look closely, and 1 of them still has
a bit of directional distortion, but we're hoping that goes away at the
next step.
