[Halld-pid-upgrade] Proposed next DIRC meeting: Friday, Nov 20th

Hi All,

I know several people are traveling this week and next week John and I are in Germany for the DIRC workshop, so I purpose we have our next meeting on Friday, Nov 20th.  Hopefully by then we will have a report from the review committee, and can discuss how best to address the specific comments/recommendations, etc.
