[Halld-pid-upgrade] PID upgrade meeting: Friday September 11 @ 11 am

Ok -

  I concur on the “stripped-down” PAC proposal for the committee. It really has no place in the TDR. However,
doing that argues taking the small changes I made to the TDR back out.
