[Halld-pid-upgrade] No DIRC bi-weekly meeting this Friday?

Hi All,

I'll be at MIT on Friday to discuss the optical box design and plans with the MIT folks and Bates engineers.  The only time this meeting could happen is during our regular DIRC meeting at 11 am.  So unless others object, I suggest that we cancel our regularly scheduled DIRC meeting this week, but plan to meet again in 2 weeks on April 22.
