It looks good to me and like an accurate summary of our previous discussion.  I saw Jerry yesterday (I'm at SLAC now) and he reminded me again that he is retiring very soon (either end of this year or in Feb, I can't remember exactly) and would really like the shipping to happen before he goes.  --Mike
