[Halld-pid-upgrade] Friday meeting time

Hi All,

There was a request that we move our meeting time, since 11 am on Friday is the usual time for seminars at JLab.  We would prefer to keep the meetings in the morning at JLab to be kind to our European collaborators.  A potential conflict is the EIC group meetings at JLab on Friday mornings 9:30-11. 

I created a doodle poll with potential options on Thursday and Friday this week for people to vote on a new meeting time http://doodle.com/poll/w92ibtntxfm2ysw8.  Please add your preference there by Wednesday so we can determine the best time for this week's meeting.
