Hi Matt,
Thanks for putting this together. I agree that this represents the consensus from our meeting, I just have one suggestion:
The response to the first comment specifically mentions the use of an "inferior" bar box that could be used for a road test, if it exists. I would mention this specifically in the response to the recommendation in section II, since I believe that if such a box exists we would prefer to do this road test before shipping the first "priceless" bar box, but that wasn't obvious to me from reading section II.
Anyway, the important thing is to share this document with Jerry, et al. soon and get some additional feedback so we can refine the strategy. We can have a last call for comments at tomorrow's meeting.
