Hi Matt, 

The plan looks reasonable. You probably plan on writing a more detailed plan but I thought this is worth mentioning. 
2 details to be included should be the laser reference test prior to leaving SLAC as well as accelerometers placed on the truck bed to have a comparison.

I've updated the DIRC bar box shipping plan (doc 2996 and attached) based on comments from Joe and Justin (thanks!). 

I realized that Tim didn't get the first version, so I've cc'ed him. 

I'd like to send this to Jerry and Blair in a fews days to get some feedback from them.
