[Halld-pid-upgrade] DIRC Meeting: Friday November 4 @ 11 am

Sorry, I am double booked at 11am today so will miss the meeting, but I wanted to report that we have a "final agreement" between JLab-MIT for the optical boxes contract. This now just requires a final sign off from Bates, and then it'll be signed and go into effect.  —Mike
