[Halld-pid-upgrade] DIRC Meeting: Friday September 9 @ 12:30 pm

Hi All,

We plan to have a DIRC meeting tomorrow with a slightly earlier start time of 12:30 pm due to some other meetings later in the afternoon.  Since some people are away at the RICH conference we'll focus on the engineering design and discuss the mechanism to install and align the optical boxes onto the support structure.
