[Halld-pid-upgrade] DIRC commissioning meetings start today

Hi All,

Although we haven’t seen beam to Hall D yet, we were planning to begin our DIRC commissioning meetings today at 10 am.  There is no detailed agenda, but we’ll briefly discuss the current status and plans for next few days: https://halldweb.jlab.org/wiki/index.php/Fall_2019_Commissioning_Meetings.  The plan is to meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays at this time until the end of the commissioning run (Dec 19).

I’m coming from an appointment this morning so I may be a bit late to join today.
