[Halld-pid-upgrade] DIRC meeting new time, starting the week of January 21st

Hi All,

Happy New Year!  Our first meeting this year will be next week on Monday, January 7th @ 1 pm.  After this we’ll need to find a new meeting time for the Spring 2019 semester, starting the week of January 21st.
