[Halld-pid-upgrade] [New Logentry] DIRC LV and readout tests

Yesterday we powered on the LV for all FPGA boards, after the bad optical fiber was replaced.  With Sergey's DAQmon GUI we are able to monitor the temperature on each FPGA, and see scalers from the charge injection pulser on the MAROC boards (as configured by the DAQ).  After a couple hours the temperatures stabilized with all below ~55 C.  We will continue to monitor the temperatures today.
