Dear all,
here I added some plots for the N pho studies: https://gcc01.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.dropbox.com%2Fs%2Fagtynfz2e7emmz5%2FDIRC_weekly_Mar5a.pdf%3Fdl%3D0&data=02%7C01%7Challd-pid-upgrade%40jlab.org%7C13a34a4984ef4bcc2a1608d6a27f6fcc%7Cb4d7ee1f4fb34f0690372b5b522042ab%7C1%7C1%7C636875065564435261&sdata=%2FpTbkPZ%2BIfhtA1vMuGm3HVK0Wp29rGPeUcWVWcmaphw%3D&reserved=0
It seems that :
1. On average the Npho/track does not depend on the sign of the charge, but closer to the side, the difference start to be visible
2. loose time cut [10; 120] ns seems to cut out a lot of noise from the data, although it does not affect the simulation
3. for bggen sample the N pho / track seem to have double peak structure, where the second peak might come from secondaries. There is no double peak structure in the data
4. Still strange that N pho / event does not grow with the number of tracks hit the DIRC bottom half (data and sim agree here).
Best regards,
Maria
