[Halld-pid-upgrade] DIRC meeting: Tuesday 9/3 @ 1 pm

Hi All,

The next DIRC meeting will be today Tuesday (9/3) at 1 pm.  A preliminary agenda is posted at https://halldweb.jlab.org/wiki/index.php/September_3,_2019_DIRC.  Please update and add items as needed, and note that we may go longer than our usual 1 hour meeting, so we have time for both installation discussion and Ahmed’s analysis updates.
