[Halld-pid-upgrade] DIRC meeting: Monday 3/16 @ 1 pm

As you likely saw from the Director’s e-mail, JLab is implementing MEDCON 5 tomorrow.  Since most people are remote for our DIRC meetings anyway, we will NOT use a JLab meeting room for today’s meeting, but those who are able should instead join remotely via BlueJeans.
