[Halld-pid-upgrade] DIRC meeting cancelled

Hi All,

I'm currently traveling so tomorrow's DIRC meeting is cancelled.

Some recent news is that the assembled South (lower) mirror box was successfully installed this week and the North box is expected to be completed next week.
