[Halld-pid-upgrade] [EXTERNAL] DIRC TIPP abstract

Hi Roman,

I like the abstract, would only propose to update the content a little
bit from the version you wrote for the DPG a year ago.

Since 2018 is no longer so "recent" - instead of "was recently
installed" one could say "was installed in 2018".

Is everyone still using only commissioning data, nothing from the
GlueX-II run in 2020? If we do include GlueX-II data I would suggest to
change the title to "Performance of the GlueX DIRC detector" or "Initial
Performance of the GlueX DIRC detector" if you want to be extra careful
and leave room for update talks in the near future.
Similarly, I would then remove the reference to "during commissioning"
in the last sentence.

Since you have about 100 characters left, you could add a little bit
more detail if something comes to mind but I actually think that the
abstract is pretty complete.

Cheers,
	Joe
