<p>Today the lower optical box was installed on the support structure, with no observed issues. It is ready for survey+alignment tomorrow as scheduled.</p>

<p>Before the installation, we were able to view the PMT coupling through the bar box opening. Generally the coupling with the optical cookies was good as seen in the image below.</p>

<p>However row 17 (2nd furthest from the beamline) doesn't appear to have enough compression to seal the cookie surface.</p>

<p>When we re-open the dark box cover to complete the installation of environment sensors, we will check that the bolts and springs are fully engaged to compress the cookie and see if any other adjustment is possible to improve the coupling.</p>
