[Halld-pid] Silicon rubber glue to attach PMTs

I used silicon rubber 2-component glues to attach PMTs to blocks of
lead glass (about thousand pieces in total at CERN at JLab).  The
connection is pretty strong but can be removed easily using a razor
blade and water, leaving no cracks or residue. The last time (2004) I
bought:
