[Halld-pid] Hamamatsu PMT test

Hi All,
I had a first look at the Hamamatsu PMT 10534 looking at the
single photo electron peak to determine the gain:
Attached is a file showing the response at 1900V.
I used a x10 amplifier to get large enough signals into the ADC.
The resolution of the ADC is 0.1pC / channel
I tested 3 high voltages. Here the results. I have not estimated
the uncertainty but it is for sure better than 10%

  1800          2.83 *10^6
  1900          4.12 *10^6
  2000          5.86 *10^6
