[Halld-pid] Impact angle of charged tracks at TOF location

Hi All,
I generated 5000 Events using bggen with beam energies between 3 and 12 GeV.

you can find there a collection of plots that show that most impact 
angles for
charged tracks are below 15 degree but extending up to 35 degree. This 
is shown
for both the generated and reconstructed tracks. Also 2-dim plots are shown
to look at the momentum dependence.
