[Halld-pid] TOF light guide bend

Hi All,
attached is a sketch looking at the bend needed for a light guide.
Assuming a total length of the light guide of 20cm it seems a 10 degree
bend is sufficient leaving plenty of space for the shielding over the light
guide plus clamping mechanism around the light guide. A 5 degree bend
is for sure not enough unless one makes the light guide at least 50% 
longer.
You can see this in the attached figures.
