[Halld-pid] finalizing light guide drawings

Kurt will be sending you the latest drawings.  In a meeting with our shop today, we were discussing the overall light guide length limitations.  My understanding was that in addition to a straight 1cm rectangular addition, we were reducing the length of the cylindrical PMT end.  The cylindrical end reduction had not made it into the design.  Can you confirm what the length reduction was?  I thought it was going from 10cm to 9cm.
