[Halld-pid] finalizing light guide drawings

Paul,
It looks like reducing the length of the cylindrical section of the main
light guide from 10 cm to 9cm long will be fine. I am curious as to
what you were able to do with the half paddle light guide? The length of
this one was the real issue. Please send the updated models of the light
guides when you can so that we can modify our layout in regards to the
overall mounting of the TOF.
