[Halld-pid] Minutes, GlueX TOF Meeting, September 1, 2011

The information that we have always had here is that the paddles were to 
end up 252cm long. If the prototype paddles are 254cm then perfect.
The question is will the actual be 254cm long?? If so I will need to 
change the length in the model of course.
