[Halld-pid] Delivery of remaining TOF modules

Tom,

We plan to deliver the remaining TOF modules this week.  The shipment will contain another 5 crates plus a few small boxes of components.   We plan to arrive early Thursday morning to unload and store the additional TOF crates next to the first set of TOF crates.   We will not need any assistance but we will contact you upon our arrival. Let me know if you have any concerns or issues we should be aware of.  I have attached a draft of the shipping list below.
