[Halld-pid] Fwd: [Halld-level1] [New Logentry] TOF cluster finding Level-1 trigger algorithm testing

This is great.  While I agree with some of the comments this morning that the trigger could have been a region overlapping with the FCAL, for calibrations we actually want a trigger similar to what was tested.
