[Halld-pid] start counter meeting canceled, Sep. 4

Folks,

The start counter arrived safely at the at JLab today and is getting 
used to its new environs in the EEL. Eric and Anthony will be going 
through training tomorrow morning and have lots to do besides. I don't 
think a meeting is productive tomorrow; Werner has suggested the same.
