[Halld-pid] [New Logentry] CSS TOF Discriminator Display frozen

The TOF discriminator display under css appears to be frozen.   I logged on to roctof3 and was able to run a command line scaler reader and I can see values changing.   Using the css TOF scaler viewer only shows the same distribution without any changing values.   Suspect the slow controls for the TOF to be hung.
