  Minutes

Present: *FSU*: Hussein Al Ghoul, Brad Cannon, Pauo Eugenio, Aristeidis 
Tsaris *JLab*: Mark Ito (chair), Beni Zihlmann


    Run Preparation

  * We will finalize a plan for turning on the TOF after Thursdays run
    preparation meeting.
  * FSU had a procedure for turning things on and checking things out
    that they can execute remotely.
  * Beni advocated changing F250 pedestal values to 100 counts.
  * Beni and Mark will transmit details on Hot Check-Out procedures to
    the FSU team.
