[Halld-pid] pmt response

Dear TOFers,

I would like to show you some weird behavior of some of the TOF PMT 
responses.

the last three plots of the page.
It looks like some of the PMT responses have a double peak. I do not 
think this is
real. More likely it is some bug somewhere when the paddle number and 
end number
is assigned to the hit. Even more so because it affects the same paddle 
number and
end number in both planes.
