[Halld-pid] Start Counter Meeting, Thu. Sep. 10, 10 am, F326/7, 556 286 544

Hi Start Counter Folks,

I'm collecting some information before the next Collaboration meeting, and
it would be very useful to have a rough estimate of how much more data is
needed to fully calibrate the Start Counter with beam data.  Unfortunately
I can't make tomorrow's meeting to participate in a discussion, but I added
an item in the agenda.
