I've tested the new constants downloaded to the CAEN TOF crate for the 
on-board look-up tables for the timing correction. This test was done 
with the main Hall-D DAQ by looking at the RF signal: comparing the time 
of the 1st RF signal with subsequent RF signals, the 2nd RF signal with 
subsequent RF signals, etc. These distributions are lined up near zero 
by shifting them by ~2.004 ns * Prescale factor. The Delta-t 
distributions, and their means, sigmas, skewness, and kurtosis are 
attached.

These should be compared to the study done several months ago at:

The resolution is significantly reduced: it was from 35 - 55 ps, but it 
is now reduced to 22 - 27 ps. Also, the skewness has been reduced from a 
magnitude of up to 0.6 down to a magnitude of 0.06 (a factor of 10). 
This is a significant improvement in the TOF timing.
