[Halld-pid] meeting cancellations: TOF, Offline Software, Start Counter

Folks,

I will be on vacation this week. So the default states of the 
Time-of-Flight, Offline Software, and Start Counter meetings are "canceled."

In case there are pressing matters and folks would like to organize 
meetings, I have left the usual room reservations and Zimbra calendar 
entries in place.
