      Announcements

Mark asked Chris Stanislav to look for the CAEN V265 ADC that Sasha had 
been using some time ago to test the PMTs at FSU.


      Review of minutes from the previous meeting

We went over the minutes from March 21 
<https://halldweb.jlab.org/wiki/index.php/GlueX_TOF_Meeting,_March_21,_2017#Minutes>. 
Work on the Lucite shield Monte Carlo study is on hold pending a better 
understanding of comparisons between hdgeant and hdgeant4.


      PMT Replacement Plan

At a meeting on March 24, we decided to leave the PMTs for TOF alone for 
the next run and to continue studies of the new divider design from 
Vladimir Popov. The decision was based on the relatively stable 
performance of the tubes during the Spring run. In attendance were Brad 
Cannon, Tom Carstens, Eugene Chudakov, Josh Foyles, Mark, Sasha, and Tim 
Whitlatch.
