      Announcements

There has been no change to the nominal start date for the run in December.


      Review of minutes from the previous meeting

We went over the minutes from October 25

without significant comment.


      HV Problem

Fernando reported on a problem with one of the TOF CAEN HV chassis. The 
entire chassis was not responding. Nick Sandoval and Chris Stanislav 
narrowed the problem down to a single module in the chassis and replaced 
it. All appears to be working now. The suspect module will be tested and 
returned to CAEN for repair if need be.


      PMT Testing

Sascha reported that 23 of the 25 PMTs have been tested now. Because of 
the HV supply being used (with analog dial HV setting), the applied 
voltage cannot be repeated as precisely as in years past.

There is still one tube with an apparently low quantum efficiency as 
shown in plots presented at the previous meeting. Sasha will investigate 
further, beyond the single photo-electron test that exhibits the problem.
