[Halld-pid] delay until 11 am---Re: Start Counter Meeting, Thu. June 28, L207, 556 286 544

I would like to delay the start of the start counter meeting today, from 
10:00 am to 11:00 am. I have another commitment that will likely go long 
enough to create a conflict. Please let me know if this is a problem. 
The room will be the same: L207. Sorry about the late notice. I've 
changed the entry on Zimbra.
